科研经验

主要从事创新药物制剂的研究,以提高药物的有效性、降低毒副作用。主要学术成绩涵盖药物新材料、新技术和新工艺的应用基础研究:(1)成功构建多种新型靶向纳米载药系统改善难溶性药物的功效,降低毒副作用;(2)设计并合成出一系列新型基因非病毒载体显著提高基因药物转染效率;(3)构建多种纳米载药系统用于改善临床肿瘤治疗效果并进行详细机制研究;(4)设计构建可特异性调控循环肿瘤细胞用于预防肿瘤转移的纳米药物。以上学术成就已在国际重要学术期刊Biotechnol Adv、Drug Discov Today、ACS Nano、Biomaterials、J Controlled Release、Mol Pharmaceutics等上发表论文40余篇,累计影响因子达276分,第一作者22篇,累计影响因子达130分,论文已被引用950余次,其中影响因子5.0以上的论文29篇,有18篇论文刊登在《SCI-JCR期刊综合评价主题分区表》一区期刊。相关成果申请专利14件,已授权6件。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项,以学术骨干参与两项国家重大科学研究计划项目,参与多项国家自然科学基金面上项目、“973”项目及国家重大新药创制项目等;获得上海市药学科技一等奖(2013,排名第五)、上海市药学科技一等奖(2009,排名第三)、中科院百篇优秀博士论文(2011)、中科院院长奖优秀奖(2010)等奖项。(截止至2015.8.1)
